The Kernodle Clinic Internal Medicine Department are primary care providers that are patient centered, community focused, with a passion and desire to serve with humility and excellence.  The department addresses a wide range of medical needs. We proudly provide efficient, courteous, and cost-effective care for our patients.  Our Internal Medicine providers have extensive experience and are available for acute, chronic and preventive care.

Our physicians have privileges at Alamance Regional Medical Center and Duke University Health System and are supported by an experienced and compassionate team of nurse practitioners, nurses, technologists and staff.

As a courtesy to our patients, we do file insurance claims directly to all insurance plans, even those that do not include Kernodle Clinic physicians in their network. However, your copayment, coinsurance and deductible costs may be higher if Kernodle Clinic is not in your network.  Please bring your health insurance information with you.

Kernodle Clinic Department of Internal Medicine offers locations in Burlington, NC.  Located off of I-85/40, convenient to Burlington and greater Alamance and Orange counties.

Our use of Electronic Medical Records allows us to quickly access your medical records if you are a patient with Internal Medicine or any other Kernodle Clinic Department.
