MY DUKE HEALTH ALLOWS YOU TO ACCESS YOUR HEALTH INFORMATION ONLINE – ANYTIME, ANYWHERE.

When you sign in to your My Duke Health account, you can:

• Schedule the exact date and time when you would like to visit your Kernodle Clinic provider
• View your billing account summary and pay your bills
• Request a prescription refill
• Send a secure message to your health care team about any non-urgent needs
• Access lab and test results
• View a summary of your health history, including your medications, allergies and immunizations

You can also access your account on your iPhone and Android device. Just search for the MyChart app!

To activate your My Duke Health account, you may need this information:

• Medical Record Number
• Activation Code
