Grace Lau, MD

I grew up in Iowa, where I completed medical school before moving to the University of Virginia for my internal medicine residency, where I focused on primary care and women’s health. I have been living and practicing in the Triad for several years and value building strong, lasting relationships with my patients while caring for this community. I take a collaborative approach to care that focuses on sustainable, evidence-based changes through an emphasis on nutrition, physical activity, stress management and sleep to support long-term health and empower patients to take an active role in their health.
