Carolyn Jacobs, MD, MPH

I am a board-certified pediatrician who has interest in adolescent health and special education advocacy. I treat infants, children and adolescents for both acute and chronic health conditions. My main goal is to focus on preventative health to ensure all children can be the best they can be. I do newborn well visits, school and sports physicals.

I love interacting with children as they are funny, intelligent and they are our future. I enjoy learning about the world through the eyes of children for their perspective is unique and different from ours as adults with lived experience.

I enjoy making people laugh and just putting a smile on their face. I am well known for my array of unique socks which are always a great conversation starter.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, going to movies and doing genealogy research.
