I am a physician assistant in internal medicine, caring for adults with chronic conditions such as hypertension, high cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes, as well as acute concerns like infections and minor injuries. With a background in physical therapy, I also enjoy addressing musculoskeletal issues and supporting cardiorespiratory health. I focus on patient-centered care, combining prevention, lifestyle strategies, and evidence-based medicine to help patients manage their health and feel their best. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, being outdoors, and listening to audiobooks. I value building relationships with my patients and helping them take an active role in their well-being.

My Research Interests

I have contributed to research in exercise science, cardiopulmonary physical therapy, and anticoagulation management for heart conditions. My work has included a study on bioelectrical impedance, co-authoring a cardiopulmonary PT textbook chapter, and publishing on DOAC use for left ventricular clots. While I mainly focus on clinical care, I enjoy exploring practical research that can improve patient outcomes and guide evidence-based approaches to chronic and acute conditions.
