Kernodle Clinic Welcomes New Midwife to OB/GYN

Kernodle Clinic OB/GYN is proud to welcome Certified Nurse Midwife Caitlyn Bennett to our healthcare team.

Originally from Fayetteville, Georgia, Caitlyn brings compassion, dedication, and a patient-centered approach to women’s healthcare.

Caitlyn completed her medical training at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and chose midwifery because she believes pregnancy, birth, and reproductive healthcare are deeply personal experiences that deserve individualized and compassionate support. She is passionate about walking alongside patients through every stage of their healthcare journey.

“One of the most rewarding things about my job is being able to be a part of my patients’ journey from start to finish,” Caitlyn shares. “Whether that’s pregnancy-related or gynecological care, getting to experience positive outcomes together is incredibly meaningful.”

Before beginning midwifery school, Caitlyn started her healthcare career working in the Emergency Department in Montana, later returning to the South to pursue her passion for women’s health.

Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, and relaxing with a good book or television show.
