Kernodle Clinic is excited to introduce the InBody scan, an advanced body composition analysis tool designed to deepen our understanding of patient health and support long-term wellness goals. This noninvasive scan provides a detailed breakdown of the body’s core components. Components include muscle mass, body fat, and water distribution, offering far more insight than a traditional scale.
Unlike tools used solely for weight or fitness tracking, the InBody scan supports comprehensive health management. By identifying imbalances or changes in body composition, providers can better tailor care plans, monitor progress, and empower patients with meaningful data about their health.
Research and early testing show that morning appointments tend to produce the most consistent results, making it the ideal time for most patients to complete their scan.
We are thrilled to offer this service at Kernodle Clinic as part of our commitment to helping patients achieve their health goals with clarity and confidence.
Preparing for Your InBody Scan
To ensure accurate results, patients will receive a Do & Don’t preparation list prior to testing. Following these guidelines helps the device capture the most precise body composition data.
Scheduling and Follow-Up
Patients interested in the InBody scan can request scheduling through their provider. The scan is offered at a $20 out-of-pocket rate. After completing the scan, patients will have a video visit with their provider or with Dr. Linthavong to review and discuss the results in detail.
Kernodle Clinic is proud to bring this innovative technology to our community and looks forward to supporting patients on their journey toward better health.
